The Youth

   Welcome back to my third post. Yeji and I have done a sequential image project together. Before showing my final art piece, Yeji is my classmate , an animation student from Korea.

Yeji and I wants to convey the message about the youth. As I am growing up, it dawn upon me that I am no longer young. The feeling happened like the ocean waves hit me hard. I am no longer a children and I have more responsibilities as time passes by. I have to wake up from children although I agree that being children is more fun.

We are trying to edit photo from black and white to colour photos as to symbolise the past and the present. I have to wake up from the past and face the reality. I used myself as a model which is inspired by "I Build A Pyramid" - Duane Michals as I am personally involved to this topic. Therefore, I think by using myself as a model can have a greater impact on audience.
