Today Presentation critics

Today I have presented to my classmates about my advertisement project. Unfortunately, many classmates have missed today class. My group mates ( Arkadiusz and Pedro) and I have done the presentation by splitting what we were going to say. We were given 5 minutes for the presentation, However, we have used more time than that. My friends suggested that we should be given more precise information and managed our time well. They like our product but some agree that the volcano cracks are excellent but some oppose that idea. They like our product because it is unique,  can solve the problem of waking up and eye-catching advert. To add on, Zoe had opposed the idea of adding cracks via the blog comments so we should practise our editing skillet make it more realistic. In my opinion, we should keep the cracks as it represents the vibration. Without the crack, it would be an ordinary and dull product. Also, it can make the overall advertisement look unique.

For this group, this is their final outcome. Personally, I think they presented very well and the poster looks professional. They used their presentation time very wisely and short and sweet. Hence, it is easy to understand the whole process.  Furthermore, I like the tagline as it can capture audience attention. The poster gives the modern sense conveying today's society problem.

For this group, I think they talked too fast. Hence, it is difficult for all us to catch what they say. They presents huge images which everyone can see. Overall, I like the fading effects and everyone agrees that as it has a powerful impact. The logo is too small and the choice of logo colour is not so good.

In conclusion, I think it was a good practice for us as presentation skills are indeed useful for both work life and university. I should be careful of the time given and my voice tone.

Have a nice day readers

  1. This is good Vethanee. It would help if you could offer feedback on the other group presentations. For instance, what impressed you and what could be improved. You did really well in your presentation. But it's useful to discuss how you can improve!
